你們花了兩集在講圓環，結果連traffic circle跟modern roundabout都沒講清楚。
巴黎凱旋門是traffic circle，它的目的本來就不是拿來調節交通，線道這麼多條不加紅綠燈很難運作。
你們也提到英國圓環，怎麼就不提為什麼英國那些鄉下圓環沒有紅綠燈？英國鄉下速限是100公里，難道行人安全不用顧嗎？
調節交通用的是modern roundabout（現代圓環），現代圓環沒有紅綠燈，而且很少超過兩線道以上，因為現代環超過兩線道會很難用。
最後補充一下：英國的小圓環很多只用油漆在地上畫，大車壓過去不違法，不用覺得好危險。

針對第一集這邊有一些意見想表達 1. 貨車是職業車輛，行駛路權遠跟自用車尤其是機車完全不能相比 2. 前部長拿大型車的物理限制比擬機車完全不合邏輯，只要小客車能行駛的路，機車就一定可以行駛 3. 國外的圓環的內側地磚是提供大型車的內輪差使用，不是因為車子太長所以沒辦法使用 4. 國外圓環不允許在環內變換車道，只有台灣的畸形圓環才需要在裡面變換車道 5. 變換車道是駕駛的基本技能，身為前交通部長卻不相信體制保證的駕駛能力，還好意思說肉包鐵危險？
