2025年秋天，三个不会造船的年轻人——龚豪、子杰、园子园，在武汉一个15平米的小院里亲手造了一艘木船，取名为“穿山甲号”。两个月后，他们从武汉青山江滩下水，顺流而下，划向1200公里外的上海。

在多数人的想象中，动物饲养员的工作意味着可以每天和可爱的动物待在一起，肯定是治愈且纯粹的。彭培拉曾经也这么想。但真正成为饲养员的第一课，却是从清扫、搬运、切菜这些高强度的体力活开始。

我们在街头看到的大部分流浪者，没有人不想回家，没有人不渴望爱。之所以他们说不回去，是因为他们以为自己回不去了。「地衣之家」的理念是，这个世界可以有自由流浪的生活方式，但不应该有无家可归的人。
地衣，一种附着在缝隙中生长，虽微小却顽强的生命体。2017年，朱聪创办公益组织「地衣之家」，专为街头流浪者服务。在物资发放之外，「地衣之家」主要做漫长而沉重的个案跟踪：通过帮助流浪者落户、寻亲与就业协助，去修补一个人与社会的断裂。这种跟踪，往往一跟就是好多年。
