上集我們跟著鄭玠甫老師走進山林，看見布農族舊部落的地景與歷史痕跡。這一集，我們要更深入探討一種特別的研究方式——原住民考古學。
原住民考古學不只是研究遺址，而是與族人攜手找回自己的「家」。從布農族的尋根行動開始，考古學家與在地家族合作，利用番地地形圖、GPS與空載光達等方式定位舊社，並與族人一同參與調查，讓研究不再只是學者的工作，而是整個社群的共同記憶。
