沒有間隔很久，在55集之後又是一集雜談。
今年準備幾次的主題，都聚焦在心理學上，
不只是因為閱讀這些書而已，我想要真正發揮它們的影響力、把這些理論確確實實地搬到我的生活上。
最近一個小樹洞突破3000大關，
最新一集〈神經可塑性 – 壓力與情緒不是你的敵人〉受到歡迎也令我備受鼓舞；
可是與此同時，我也隱隱地不安，
正在接受心理治療的我真的能幫助到其他人嗎?
雖然我一直反覆強調過，這世界上沒有百分之百心理健康的人 (所以我也不該等到自己"痊癒"後才來做這些)，

這次的單元對我來說像是我努力在前進和改變的痕跡，
本集內容分成三個部分 :
• 介紹兩部與壓力有關的影片
• 《神經可塑性》書中分享改變負面循環的重要觀念
• 身邊的人如何面對自我低潮的整理
壓力和情緒從來都不是敵人，
傳遞了我們內心最真實的渴望；
不管是想打破自我的 Teufelskreis (負面循環)、還是想做出任何改變，
都希望這集可以給聽眾一點點推力。

本集是沒那麼浪漫的少女時期書單的最終章，
在這次介紹的書籍裡我印象最深刻的角色是和我本人相差很多的一位女孩；
而單元的結尾我也想介紹一位在青春時期結識的朋友，
我們相似的地方並不算多，行事風格頗具差異，
卻也因此她帶給了我很多打開這個世界大門的方式。
最近這段時間裡，我也試著更深入地去瞭解和擁抱一些新的視角，
就算一直都知道每個人看待事物的視角不同，真的嘗試代入這些角度去看待還是有些不同的感觸…

本集分享的故事內容在改編版的電影版是被刪除的，
不過我認為作為書本的第一個切入視角，偶像篇的委託者愛美是個很好的開端，
她抱著姑且一試的心態、對於可以引介生者與死者會面的使者好奇又不帶有太多雜念…

終於讓《藍寶石》這本書翻篇過去了，
我十分喜愛這本書卻也還是要繼續向前的。
本集單元介紹的這本書《使者》，
整體是一本風格偏向溫馨的作品。
不過我今天特別挑出的分享的故事段落，
卻是結局較讓人不勝唏噓的…
而且偏偏這則故事的兩位主角，委託者 – 嵐 和往生者 – 御園，
是書中唯一還未成年的案例。
在人生還充滿可塑性的年紀，
一切的走向的走向卻無可挽回了…

本集節目資訊欄要分享一件跟單元內容完全無關的事情，
我最近去看了台灣的紀錄片《飛吧！熊鷹》，因為不確定上映日期會多長，
所以先在文字說明欄跟大家推廣~
(很怕有時間整理心得好好介紹時已經下檔了!)
《飛吧！熊鷹》是由梁皆得導演所執導的生態紀錄片，
熊鷹在台灣是瀕危的保育動物，能捕捉到他們在天空中翱翔的畫面是花費數年的心血，
看著美麗的生命振翅於所處土地上空的藍天，內心真的有說不出的感動…
近期北台灣鼠患嚴重，
老鼠藥的投放已經造成數起猛禽生命威脅，
直接影響到台北... more
蛤蟆先生去看心理師這本書的步調很輕鬆，
所以我閱讀的速度還滿快的，幾乎一天都可以看個兩三個章節。
偶爾藉由書中內容回想自己短暫人生的種種，
有點茫然又被觸動到的複雜情緒反覆壟罩著。
書中的蒼鷺說，
自然型兒童自我狀態、適應型兒童自我狀態以及父母自我狀態都非理想的心理狀態 (這句話真饒口)，
雖然我也同意，
但與此同時我也認為，
這些自我狀態的拉扯，
是我們適應群體和社會環境必然的過程。

屬於我的沒那麼浪漫的少女文學第二集，
接續上一個單元，今天再來兩篇《藍寶石》耐人尋味的篇章，
我實在是難以確切地推論出結尾的走向，以及裡面角色種種行為的動機…
這也是為什麼比起我個人最喜愛的〈月光石〉篇，選擇了〈藍寶石〉和〈石榴石〉這兩篇進行分享。
那麼未來會不會花點時間製作〈月光石〉的分享呢?
因為還有幾本書單正在安排製作成接下來的節目內容，
所以湊佳苗的《藍寶石》會先在這一集作結，
很推薦有興趣的聽眾，可以親自去閱讀這本閃耀著人性的光輝與陰暗的文學大作!
