2011年，中研院地科所研究員林正洪老師與研究團隊於陽明山成立TVO大屯火山觀測站，經過長期監測，於2019年判定大屯火山群及龜山島為活火山。藉由林老師與研究團隊的傾心投注，讓大眾暸解火山的神秘面貌，並在這次的分享中，深入暸解大屯火山的最深處，一起聆聽火山的秘密聲音。
陽明山國家公園鳥類豐富多樣約有138種，因在地的留鳥及逢候鳥過境，每年秋季的10月及春季的3月是鳥種最豐富的月份，時常能聽見鳥鳴響徹於空中、樹林、草叢及溪畔間。鳥語大致分為兩種，簡單短促的鳴叫為警戒防禦、複雜多變的鳴唱則是宣示地盤或取悅伴侶，不同野鳥的鳴聲獨特而多元，在山間交織成層次豐富的自然交響曲。
