這個節目秉持「自己幸福，助人幸福」的共好理念，致力於成為教育共好攜手成長的平台。

我都還記得，校長在我們新豐高中常常在我們升旗典禮的時候分享自己所閱讀的好書，好比花10000小時在某個領域上面就能成為那個領域的專家，我都還記得有次我高三那年校長請了游乾桂一位浪費的生活作家來學校演講，我到現在都覺得每次一場演講或一集podcast中的一句話一個想法可以影響一個人的一生真的很棒👍，而且勇延校長可以不斷的嘗試新事物讓我覺得校長在跟學生溝通上是沒有代購平易近人的，沒想到有一天校長會錄製podcast 跟大家分享一些受用的觀念。也希望校長持續創作下去！ by新豐高中忘記幾年學次的林宥陞同學😂
