大家好，我是燕妮。这期单口来聊聊生活和投资中的长期主义。这是我一直想聊的话题。因为不工作了之后就主打一个“慢生活”。产出比以前工作时少了很多，美其名曰“长期主义”。
长期主义现在被说得太滥了，但抛开那些鸡汤话术，里面确实有实打实的道理。市面上到处贩卖的长期主义，跟空泛的理想口号差不多，早就不是它本来的意思。其实没那么复杂，过日子、工作赚钱、日常的每一件小事，拼凑起来，就是最朴素的长期主义。
对我来说，做播客、做投资理财、看书、锻炼、维护人际关系。各种都是长期主义的点滴。
