如果我們想要更上一層樓,光靠換工作不一定會越換越好,你需要有貴人拉我們一把。
可是,別人為什麼要拉我們一把呢?別人不只看重我們的能力,更重要的是看中的是我們的人品。
有些助理每天抱怨老闆,每天抱怨診所,但又不選擇離開,這樣的人會遇到貴人嗎?開新診所會找這種人當護理長嗎?當然不會,嚇都嚇死了!
要培養自己有『貴人幫』的特質,這才會讓助理生涯越過越好喔!

我們在不同年紀,有不同的目標的工作方向。
在二十幾歲,可以多方嘗試,可以跟診、有機會的話跟刀、跟矯正、櫃檯...
大連鎖、個人診所、全自費診所...不同類型的診所也都可以嘗試。
但是,到了30歲,我不要跳來跳去,建議要加碼自己擅長的事。如果你對跟刀有興趣、也有較高的敏感度,就應該讓自己跟刀的能力與知識在深與廣一些。
在商業領域這叫做護城河,就是一個獨特且無法替代替的商品。自己也要給自己築起自己的護城河,也就是別人無法取代的能力。

我認為在技能方面是一定要進步的,因問牙科助理應該算『技術行業』,就是動腦也要動手。我自己很崇拜的一位大學姊,在診所已經工作30年,雖然他已經是督導,但跟臨床有關的技能也不斷再精進
管理會隨老闆要的不同而有所不同,也會因為診所的制度不同也不同。管理是一個在變化的狀態,把診所管得好不好,這個變因太多,但是,自己跟診跟的好不好,這個變因比較小。
假設,我是說假設,有天我們必須換一個新的環境,如果有附加經驗,像是『人事、內帳、醫師間、對外接洽、診所線上系統維護po文』當然很加分,但這只是加分... more
我不贊成太激動的表達方式,因為用情緒並不會解決問題,對方又是你的老闆,得罪老闆的日子絕對不會太好過,我自己比較喜歡冷靜的回應。
我會說『如果您得我的工作沒做好,我會虛心接受,但您覺得我的家人不夠好,我無法改變』我只能改變我工作的方式,但我無法選擇我的原生家庭。意思點到就好,不用說穿。
所有的事情都會過去,但說的話會永遠記得。不直球對決不是懦弱,是修養。
