不知道大家有没有关注过自己与「时间」之间的关系？我们终其一生都浸泡在时间长河里，时间似乎不断地在流动，于是我们的身体也随之奔涌而不停歇。
而对于很多始终处于某种心理困境的人来说，他们往往与时间形成了一种不健康的关系：要么是被「过去」的消极回忆和情绪所淹没，要么就是被充满不确定性与焦虑的「未来」所劫持，却无暇顾及「当下」。

说到成瘾，可能大家都会想到烟酒毒之类的，但这次我们更加想聊的是那些见于细微之处、不易察觉的过度依赖行为，包括暴饮暴食、手机成瘾、习惯性熬夜，甚至是过度喝奶茶、吃甜食等。
对于这些行为，我们常常会将其合理化为“这是在诸多苦难之中唯一让我感到快乐的事情”，而对它带来的消极影响视而不见。而沉迷这些行为的人，也常常被批评是“自制力差”或“摆烂”等，甚至自己也会用这些标签来贬低自己。
