不知道大家有没有发现,我们累了疼了难受了吃不好了,第一时间想到的都是“我该养生了”、“该锻炼身体了”、“该去医院看看了”,却没有想过“我该养脑了”、“我该照顾自己的心理状态了”、“我该找个人聊聊了”。
实际上,由于心理和大脑健康知识在家庭和学校教育的相对匮乏,以及心理状态的「黑箱子」性质,我们很少会关注怎么保养大脑和心理,即使它们出现了问题,也很容易被归为“身体不好”。
但是,很多躯体化的不适症状都是「病由心生」。

现在很多人自嘲是一个「低精力鼠鼠」:“鼠鼠我呀,光是活着就已经竭尽全力了呢~”
虽然这种自嘲,对于处在低精力困境的人来说,也不失为一种安慰自己、维持心理平衡的应对方法。但是,如果你确实为这件事情困扰,在安抚情绪之余,最好是能够潜入内心一探究竟。

不知道大家有没有关注过自己与「时间」之间的关系?我们终其一生都浸泡在时间长河里,时间似乎不断地在流动,于是我们的身体也随之奔涌而不停歇。
而对于很多始终处于某种心理困境的人来说,他们往往与时间形成了一种不健康的关系:要么是被「过去」的消极回忆和情绪所淹没,要么就是被充满不确定性与焦虑的「未来」所劫持,却无暇顾及「当下」。

说到成瘾,可能大家都会想到烟酒毒之类的,但这次我们更加想聊的是那些见于细微之处、不易察觉的过度依赖行为,包括暴饮暴食、手机成瘾、习惯性熬夜,甚至是过度喝奶茶、吃甜食等。
对于这些行为,我们常常会将其合理化为“这是在诸多苦难之中唯一让我感到快乐的事情”,而对它带来的消极影响视而不见。而沉迷这些行为的人,也常常被批评是“自制力差”或“摆烂”等,甚至自己也会用这些标签来贬低自己。
