①本気で体を変えたい意欲/意識高いお客さんと、ただ回数を消費する、また来ることの満足しているお客様がいて、レッスンをしているとこちらのモチベが大きく変わります。人は変えられないので自分が変わる。もしくは変えていくしかない現状にモヤモヤしています。
②やりたいことがありすぎて何から手につけたらいいかわからない、優先順位が立てられない。
③心地いい距離感を探る必要があると思いますが、レッスン中の集中と楽しい空気感の加減に悩みます。

①インストラクター資格とりたてです。ここからどうしたらいいいか悩んでいます。
②以前少し担当していたお客様が外で私の悪口を酷く言っていたらしく。気にする必要もないがモヤモヤ。
③pilatesの本質、体の繋がりや土台が整ってこその美しさやダイエット要素が連鎖してくる。動きは地味に思えることもあるけど継続すると確実に体が応えて変わり始めるよっていう筋トレとは違うその本質や継続の大切さみたいなものはあみさんはお客様にお伝えしますか？
