本集邀請到林園心衛中心執行秘書——大家口中的「型男」。
在叔公與典衡認識他的過程中，
一直覺得他是一個陽光、負責任、樂於助人的人。
直到有一天，
她開始說起自己的故事。
父親早逝，
母親因病長期洗腎，
姊姊多年考不上公職，
整個家庭的經濟壓力，
幾乎都壓在他的肩上。
她坦言，
自己曾經想過投入性工作改善家計，
也曾經在最絕望的時候，
出現過全家一起離開世界的念頭。
甚至當家人說出想結束生命時，
她也沒有力氣阻止。

最近生日將近，孟書學長開始回顧這一年的人生。
診所穩定成長、事業持續擴張、陪家人出國旅行、開始規律運動、重新規劃理財……
照理來說，這應該是很不錯的一年。
但奇怪的是——
完成了這麼多事情的他，
卻沒有想像中那麼滿足。
不是不快樂，
只是隱隱約約覺得：
自己好像沒有好好對待自己。
🧠 典衡心理師聽完後非常有共鳴。
他發現自己也常常如此：
明明完成的事情越來越多，
卻似乎越來越忙、越來越焦慮。
當孟書與叔公聊到「接受平庸」時，
典衡更直接表示：
「我覺得我早就接受平庸了。」

有些我們以為的愛，其實是一種控制。
本集由 淑萍心理師近期的伴侶諮商經驗出發。
她發現自己常常在與個案談關係時，也會分享自己的感情經歷，
而那些故事裡，其實藏著一個她一直以來的慣性——
她太執著於「深入交流」了。

自己在關係裡經常扮演引導者、解釋者、分析者，
很努力地想讓關係變好，
卻也在不知不覺中壓抑了對方的表達。
久而久之，對方開始沉默、退縮，
甚至習慣讓她去猜、去理解、去定義情緒。
叔公聽完後直接笑著提問：

以為很簡單的事，做了才發現根本不簡單？
本集由剛滿40歲的孟書學長開場。
為了健康，他終於開始規律運動，
卻在過程中發現：
「原來很多動作，我真的做不到。」
那些看似簡單的訓練，對身體來說卻充滿挑戰。
也讓他第一次真正佩服，
能夠長期維持運動習慣的人——包括他的太太。

過去因為運動常帶有競爭與比較，反而讓他感到壓力與逃避。

心理師跟諮商所，在現實層面上像是商品與平台的關係，魚幫水、水幫魚，心理師不用負擔營運成本，諮商所不用負擔培訓成本，雙方是合作拆賬的關係，所以和診所與護理師的勞資關係不同，不能等同視之。
我很好奇需要經營者介入建議的心理師，他/她做了什麼不合宜的事情？大罵個案應該只是舉例，不太可能是真實狀態，希望有機會可以聽到實例。
心理師及諮商所，應該是共贏共榮的，沒有誰大於誰，只有適不適配。諮商所提供平台及行銷，心理師提供諮商專業，各自專注在自己的位置，適時支援對方，避免用上對下的監督評價眼光來對待彼此，才有可能共創榮景。
