專注力議題常見於國小學童與成人。專注力分為四種類型：持續性、選擇性、切換型、轉換型。專注力障礙需在不同環境持續六個月以上才能評估。若孩子在不同課堂持續六個月出現專注力不足問題，需醫院評估。但若僅是學習動機不足或行為衝動，可從先天性格與學習類型著手訓練。成人應聚焦於當下的工作而非負面想法。
