不知道自己適合什麼，
不知道該找什麼工作，
不曉得自己該往哪走。
但這其實是有解的……

其實大部分不快樂的人，
都不是沒有快樂的條件。
而是他們把「快樂的遙控器」，交給了別人。
有些人會跟自己說：
等我有錢一點，我就會快樂。
等我被好好愛著，我就會快樂。
等我夠成功了，就會幸福快樂。
但其實「快樂」，應該是自己給自己的。

每當碰到焦慮、難過、生氣的時候，
你都會想趕快擺脫這些情緒嗎？
我以前就是如此。
過去，當我很難過、焦慮、生氣的時候，
會想盡辦法轉移自己的注意力，
甚至假裝沒有這個情緒。
但我發現，
這樣下去，有一天會爆炸，
因為情緒是會累積的。
所以現在的我，
學會好好的接受各種情緒來襲，
並且讓自己能好好流動情緒、讓情緒走完，
最後才有辦法好好面對、解決問題。

以前的我，
是一個很沒有自信的人。
我不太敢跟別人說我的優勢是什麼，
不敢主動說「這件事我可以負責」，
更不敢宣揚「我其實做得不錯」。
但現在的我不一樣了。
我敢說出自己的優點，
也敢承認自己的缺點。
不是因為我變得完美，
而是因為我知道，
我不再需要用完美，來換取肯定。
