在自卑不自悲这集里对谢谢的恋爱里颜值焦虑的经历特别有共鸣。明明谈恋爱前我也长这样，那为什么谈恋爱之后我会容貌焦虑。以前我会把原因归咎给“我的前男友太帅了”、“女为悦己者容”等等听上去很冠冕堂皇的借口，但现在感觉其实是没有做好100%接受自己的勇气吧。希望我们都在恋爱的时候能找到最舒适的状态！
