The hosts seem to spend more time laughing and making fun of the show. I know Xena has silly episodes and light hearted moments but the hosts treat the show as a joke :/
I’m loving this podcast so far!!!! Great work folks ❤️
They just don’t like Xena very much, they keep saying they will - but even when their guests like an episode they are like ‘no, it’s bad’. I’m all for critical reflection but that’s not what this is. Also the continuous low key racism against nz & aus is so draining - how dare we not have perfect American accents or words they don’t know…The Xena warrior podcast is far superior; also enjoying ‘in a time of ancient gods’.
This podcast puts me in such a great mood! It’s perfect for when you need plenty of laughs when you’re doing housework! They review episodes of Xena, give their wonderful points of view, and really have a great time. Allison and Chris have such a hilarious relationship that some people just can’t understand but I find it to be a true friendship! Thank you both for all the tears from laughter for all these years!!
This podcast was good at the start, and now it’s just the pair of them complaining about Xena because they are no longer reviewing season 2. I don’t understand why they continued with the podcast if they only enjoy season 2. I love Xena and I don’t need a Xena podcast that only fixates on how much they hate it. It’s obnoxious. This podcast also fixates too much on religion at times, which I find to be inappropriate and also downright offensive at times.
