The loquacious, eloquent and humorous Jason welcomes an eclectic assortment of literary & artsy types who, despite significant creative accomplishments, remove any sense of pretense while answering his quirky questions and digging deep into their personal archaeology and good-naturedly riff about ‘who they were at the tim’ and how that shaped who they became as years roll on.
The Hollay Ghadery interview is sublime—funny, searingly honest and insightful.Great job
The David White episode is a perfect way to start this podcast. I laughed so hard I choked on my burrito.
A celebration and joyful take down of all those embarrassing writings kept at the back of the drawer.
Entertaining and a bit raw in the best possible way. We’ve all done it, I’m sure - just some more than others! There’s warmth and a knowing mocking here, but it’s fundamentally uplifting and acknowledges that without the crap there’d be no fertile soil. Hang on, the way I’m going with this review, it could make it onto a future episode.
Fantastic concept and charming guests. Love it.
