I was honoured to be asked by Caryl to guest on one of her podcasts to discuss my memoir “The Day I Didn’t Kill Myself” due to be published this Autumn. This is the first attempt at writing a book so am very new to all this. When discussing my book which documents my journey from divorce, through depression and suicidal thoughts to where I am today (what I call ‘delightenment’) also includes self-help tips and poems I wrote along the way.
