The stories about poverty told in this podcast are powerful and compelling. They provide a connection to something we know so little about—and too often shrink away from—and make obvious the need for more of this kind of individual storytelling. While tackling the seemingly intractable issue, the host manages to bring to the surface hope that through empathy progress can be made. The interstitial music is lovely as well.
