As an amateur violinist who loves classical music and soundtracks, this podcast is a delight! I’m particularly pleased that it starts with music from the Austen adaptations and Harry Potter - some of my personal favourites. I love how it examines all the details, provides musical background for those who are not familiar with the terms, and looks at how music in used in the storytelling of some of the best narratives. Looking forward to many more episodes!
I recently found this podcast and I am so glad I did! The host takes a deep dive into the musicality and meanings behind some of our greatest movie soundtracks.
