This podcast is informative and entertaining. As one who is sadly uninformed in these areas, I find it enlightening, surprising, heart wrenching and beautiful to learn so much about Atlanta, vaudeville and black culture in the 20th century. These episodes are thorough, honest and well researched. The Woodmother is clearly working hard, and they should be proud of their work.
With a really lovely speaking voice, The Woodmother’s podcast is a very informative experience that I enjoy listening to it while I’m working. The depth of research they go into on their journey to write their upcoming story is done in such detail that it’s very admirable and inspiring to listen to. I highly recommend everyone to check it out!
