A very interesting listen, the first podcast I have subscribed to. Just listened to Teresa’s episode and keen to hear more. Sabrina was a good host, guides us through clearly.
This podcast centres the stories of women who have experienced incarceration. The hosts do a wonderful job of making space for women to share their own stories. Also appreciate the focus on advocacy and hope throughout this series… these women’s stories do not end in despair and they are not just victims, but also survivors and activists in their own right, reclaiming their stories and experiences to do justice in the world.
This podcast moves well beyond the usual tired stereotypes that surround incarceration and brings together different voices for change. A well recommended listen for anyone who needs a dose of inspiration!
