It's rare to read a book that is written by someone with such a wonderful perspective on two distinct worlds, in this case both music and meditation. I will recommend to all. Thank you!! 💜💜
Especially enjoy hearing about how mindfulness has worked in the life of musicians, some who were addicts and some who have been successful.
Richard's book is delightfully balanced with practical techniques and enthralling stories. I used this book with a corporate meditation that I lead at a music management agency, & my students loved it as well! A must read for folks looked to connect more fully to mindfulness, music, and themselves!
Loving the guests so far, can’t wait to hear more. Highly recommended!
