I’ve been listening to the back episodes and I am loving Emily’s energy that she brings and it really motivates me to continue. Most recently I listened to the Dec 10th 2025 episode and wow! I was going back and forth on whether or not to spend the money I frankly don’t have on the Yule Challenge. And it made me realize that future me won’t care about the $$$ when a year from now I become the future self I am dreaming to be. She would want me to take those steps to improve myself rather than sit... more
In listening to the latest episode I resonated most strongly with the idea of identifying as the kind of person who does X - My identity even when I’ve hit fitness goals has always been as “former unhealthy person” and still “person with a sweet tooth” even when I was actively being “person who works out 4x a week” and “person who enjoys desserts at special occasions.” In manifesting success in the past I’ve similarly found it easy and had pieces fall into place when I shifted my mind and starte... more

My a-ha moment was realizing that these were moments of not trusting myself or the universe to take me where I’m meant to go. I can’t wait to have many more a-ha moments during this challenge!
This episode on the "Identity Shift" just hits different. The idea to actually become the person whose identity aligns with my goals really resonated with me. I’ve struggled my whole life to just swallow the work down like a jagged pill. The idea to shift my mindset to one that’s already in alignment is 🤯Em explains so clearly that it’s not just about the external actions, but the internal shift that makes success inevitable. Hearing her personal story of choosing to show up when things were fa... more
So, I recently signed up with Emily’s Yule fitness challenge and I’ve dabbled in some of her programs and really found myself taking control of my life again without as much difficulty as I used to have. Listening to how Emily started the Yule challenge though was a heck of a rude awakening for myself and how I don’t hold on to things I want. In her story, even though she had paid for a mentorship program being placed in Disneyland, she hurt her ankle so had a perfectly reasonable excuse not to ... more
