I found this podcast on tik tok and listened to two episodes on my way to work this morning. First of all, it was so relaxing and peaceful. Second, I learned so very much from both episodes. Especially the episode explaining shadow work. And 3rd, I love the structure of the show. I really hope this podcast gets more listeners and traction because it will quickly become one of my favorites!
This is the perfect intro for me, just what I wanted to start this new journey. Simple, informative, calming, inspiring, at a perfect length, easy to return to anytime to reference the wonderful guidance. Very much looking forward to more!
