I'd been looking for a new podcast to subscribe to, but was itching for something with a little more depth and substance than the average audio offerings. These are tough times for our planet, and trustworthy guidance for the heart and spirit can be tricky to find. I'm so glad I found this podcast. It's a gem. Dr. Nikos is thoughtful and engaging, and these episodes are worth listening to over and over. I recommend them highly.
