I am new to the world of parrots and stumbled upon this podcast about positive reinforcement and enrichment for parrots. I have found it very informative and entertaining and plan on using the tidbits of info that relate to my newly adopted quaker parrot. I would recommend to anyone interested in parrots and animal behavior.

Your program is so good!
Just got my first parakeet. Could not find much in way of podcasts that deal with birds as pets ( lots on dogs n cats). Love this show! So sorry to see there are no episodes for 2012. Hope it comes back.
Barbara Heidenreich's contributions to the avian world are second to none. What a treat it is to listen to these podcasts! If only they would update us with new content! Still, there is a gold mine in what is there so far.
i loved this podcast and i say loved because it's no longer ongoing :( i'm very sad and disappointed that they discontinued it. i sure do hope that they will bring it back as there are lots of bird owners and lots of good information that we can all learn and use. there are so many dog and cat podcasts out there and not enough great parrot ones. barbara and rebecca are awesome! they helped me learn a lot about my parrots! PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!!!
This program is one of the best programs I have seen for learning and caring for parrots. Barbara Heidenreich really does know what she is talking about. I have been to her workshops, have her videos, know her personally and know she is absolutely the best expert on training parrots and other wild animals. Goodness people...it's a FREE program!
Very Good ! Enrichment and positive reinforcement. We should have them teach our children. :) I know Barbara well and this is a great forum.
