Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Q: What makes a wine from the Canary Islands stand out in your view?
Peñín explains that volcanic soils can yield vibrant, mineral-driven wines with good acidity, but the key is how the winemaker handles harvest, terroir, and fermentation to preserve freshness and expressiveness.
