  • For the expert and novice alike

Whether you’re a seasoned off-roader, just getting started, or trying to understand and support your partner’s passion, this podcast is a fantastic resource. My husband, Tom Rosa, introduced me to off-roading, wheeling, and rock crawling, and this podcast has helped me become much more comfortable with the terminology, culture, and language of the sport. I learn something new with every episode. As an example, I now understand that Toyotas are less than desirable 😆😆😉

  • #1 Off-Road Podcast for a Reason

My new favorite podcast. After bingeing ever episode from 0 to 320 something I can say Chris and Jason’s chemistry and banter with each other and their guests is great, and the variety of interviews is awesome. The wheeling stories are great motivation when you’re working on your junk in the garage and the wine and whiskey content is super interesting even if you don’t drink them yourself. Even us Toyota guys can appreciate.

Q: How did you approach the race coming into Area BFE?
We planned a balanced pace at first, then dialed it up once we had a feel for the car and terrain, aiming to protect the equipment while pushing for as many positions as possible.
Ep. 343: How Ultra3 Came to Be!
Q: How did Ultra3 start and evolve into what it is today?
It started as a few friends in Oregon near Dune Fest, who organized small three-wheeler gatherings. Over the years the group grew, added a beacon teepee for navigation, expanded into multiple events, and attracted sponsors and a broader community that kept things grassroots and centered on having fun safely.
Ep. 326: At Trail Hero with George and Lora Leyner
Q: What advice would you give someone new to the sport?
The number one rule is to have fun.
Ep. 326: At Trail Hero with George and Lora Leyner
Q: How did you get into rock crawling?
I grew up riding dirt bikes and progressed into competing in rock crawling with friends.
Ep. 308: How to have fun at Hollister Hills SVRA
Q: What do you think about the recent changes at the King of the Hammers regarding cash prizes?
It's disappointing, and we need to find better management and solutions for funding the event.
