The podcast hosts Danielle & Charlotte are engaging, hilarious & make interesting connections to the original plays the movies were based off of . As someone who sobbed through Hamnet, I felt seen through their analysis of the film’s most poignant moments. Truly a delightful podcast.

If only this podcast existed when I was in high school I might have understood Shakespeare! This is hilarious and on top of that makes Shakespeare so accessible and fun to learn about. You don’t have to be a Shakespeare expect to enjoy!

Got a flyer for the podcast in line for Shakespeare in the Park. After the play (which was great), I was jonesing for more Shakespeare, and so I listened to an episode of the podcast and loved it. 5 stars!

Honestly when this show popped back up in my feed earlier this year it was like an unexpected present from a friend showing up in my mail box. Charlotte and Danielle have great energy together, as well as expert analysis skills and a broad knowledge of both Shakespeare and theater generally. Their conversations are fun to listen to both when I have and when I haven’t read the plays they’re discussing. They’re well worth a listen. Welcome back!
