Thank you so much for putting your expertise on the air! Such an valuable resource on pleasure and consent based sex ed. As a childcare provider, it is really helpful to explore these topics so I can think about how I want to approach these subjects in a thoughtful way.
I am sharing this podcast with my 14-year-old grandson. Thank you!
What a great concept! These are real questions asked by real kids. The hosts both give concrete suggestions of how to talk about these topics with young people and also delve deeply into their past experiences and adult understandings of the same topic. Also, the guests bring much appreciated diverse perspectives.
Rebecca and Isy provide honest, truthful, and age-appropriate responses to sex/consent/identity questions from kids. Even if you don’t have children in your life, listening to these two friends and educators unpack questions and open up about their own life experiences is extremely interesting, entertaining and refreshing. Highly recommend!!
Isy and Rebecca are both such charismatic hosts and good interviewers. I’m sure it’s an amazing resource for parents, guardians and those who work closely with kids, but even without this context the podcast has been a great listen!
