  • Good listen Rs fans

The pod has a great dynamic between the three on it, especially with Kevin Gallen being able to give the perspective of a professional player which can be over looked by fans. Good opinions and a easy listen has made me laugh a number of times too with the banter that gets thrown in. Greta job lads

Kevin Betsy: QPR's foundations are strong
Q: What's gone well this season, and what needs preserving for the squad this summer?
There are many positives, especially the number of young players getting first-team minutes, which signals a solid foundation. The club is in a good place and we must continue to be sustainable while pushing for progress.
Kevin Betsy: QPR's foundations are strong
Q: You've had a taste of management before. Is it something that you'd like again? And would you like it, QPR, were it to come your way?
I'm fully focused on my role as first-team coach with individual players, dedicated to helping the club and the players right now, with no immediate plans to change that focus.
The Christian Nourry interview
Q: Is there not a contradiction in championing a model that absorbs frequent coach turnover while placing a manager on gardening leave because they might move elsewhere?
The approach is about balance: prioritize winning on Saturdays while also supporting the head coach with a broader team and organizational structure to develop players and manage transitions. The aim is to create an environment where the club can endure turnover without losing strategic focus.
Are you considering quitting, Marti?
Q: Can you think of things that can actually happen within those constraints that would enable the club to move forward?
He emphasizes optimizing resources and finding competitive edges despite financial restrictions, noting that good teams often outperform based on strategic decisions rather than budgets alone.
Are you considering quitting, Marti?
Q: What kind of things do you think perhaps need to be addressed going forward?
Cifuentes mentions the need to improve playing style, stabilize performance, and address injury issues as areas to work on for the future.
