Topics are so deep and conversations so good that I feel like I’m meditating as I run.
Keep up the good work!!!
I've listened to a number of interviews with Logan Gelbrich, and this episode has been the most insightful. Chris & James have an uncanny gift for giving space to their gusets to express themselves, and leaving room at the end of the episdoe to discuss their own feelings around the experience (instead of inserting them into the conversation) added to the conversation really well.
