  • A light in a dark time (trigger warning)

Last year I went through the toughest time of my life. On Christmas Day I was the lowest I have ever been. I was ready to end it all.

With the help of my kid and people I love I have been climbing out of that black hole, and a big part of my journey to wellness has been the positivity and joy of this podcast. To have it on in the car while I’m driving or on my headphones while on a walk.

This podcast has meant more to me than I could possibly convey.

    Thank you.

    With love, Rob.

I love all the behind the scenes stories and facts. But my actual favorite parts are when they go off topic and talk about random things.

My favorite part so far was the awkward telling of their visit to Sheffield.

I highly recommend the podcast to all p... more
