What a great interview. I just finished listening to this podcast and I was amazed at how well it was done. The questions that were asked were very well thought out and explained to the person being interviewed so that they would have no problem in answering. I also thought the interviewer gave praise and kudos where needed.
Well done and you deserve a 5 star rating.
