政光順二オンライン囲碁教室・サークル・指導碁・イベントのためのプラットフォーム、囲碁きっず - reborn - の開発・運営日記です。 囲碁きっずは 2001年10月 ヒカルの碁のアニメ放映に間に合わすために立ち上げたサイト。夜な夜な集まってわちゃわちゃとおしゃべり。たまに囲碁を打つ。そんな場所でした。十数年の後、技術的な事情もあって終了してしまったのですが、2025年秋、AI の助けを借りて新たな形で蘇らせようというのが囲碁きっず - reborn - のプロジェクトです。 開発・運営者である政光が新しいサイトをどのように立ち上げて運営していくのか、お話をしていきます。

昨年の夏、私はスマートフォン用の対局時計アプリ「刻（きざみ）」を開発しました。その際に実装した持ち時間制度の仕組みを、AIを活用して囲碁きっず - reborn -のソースコードへ移植し、多様なルールで対局を楽しめるようにしました。
