A great resource and developmental series for men and women in the beauty industry!

I keep coming to this podcast for useful advice and insight. Then I find myself in a 45 min plus complain podcast between two people. I wish they would become more objective and less complaining. This last episode on celebrity will be my last.

Seriously such a brilliant podcast I’ve learned so much and continue to do so - thank you both for sharing your knowledge so generously and having such brilliant guests on sharing their experiences and insights of the industry! Truly invaluable! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am a hair and makeup artist who loves to listen to industry podcasts each day while I am cleaning my brushes. Lottie and Lindsay are both so beautiful as people and a joy to listen to.
