We Are The Government is a collection of short stories from federal employees who are either still in the government, or who have left of their own volition, or otherwise. This is a capsule for the 250th anniversary of the United States of America so future generations can see who built the federal government we rely on daily.

No policy is new.

Much needed
Thank you Dipka! I really appreciate you doing this podcast. I think it's very needed. Keep up the great work!
Dipka asks really great questions and the conversations make me open my mind to government operations in ways I never thought of before. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone involved or interested in our federal government.
This is a nice podcast that highlights the work of the civil service, but it also highlights the value of political appointees
It’s a nice intellectual bipartisan conversation
