This podcast is stoking the flame of my love for ramen and my inspiration to try to make it at home again. The two times I’ve tried before it was so bad and took so much work I just stopped. I still try to eat at the best shops whenever I travel but gave up making it. Now I’m super stoked to try again and keep trying.
