  • Wax Episodic - Severance

As a first-time viewer of the series, I greatly appreciate hearing the perspective of you all who know the show so well. Severance's specific cadence and mythology were kind of a barrier to my enjoyment for the first two episodes, but with this most recent episode (3), I'm now officially hooked. Severance S2E9 "The After Hours"
Q: What stood out most about Dylan and Gretchen's breakup?
Dylan's reaction to Gretchen's confession reflects a painful misinterpretation and ego clash, but the scene is deeply human as Gretchen's love remains clear while Dylan struggles with vulnerability, ultimately choosing a heartbreaking resignation that encapsulates the season's themes of control and autonomy.
Fallout S2E7 "The Handoff"
Q: What might happen next in the finale?
There are speculations around character deaths, particularly concerning Thaddeus and how each character's journey might culminate in a dramatic showdown with moral implications.
Fallout S2E7 "The Handoff"
Q: What do you think of this week's episode?
Overall, it was well-received, with praise for the depth of character backstories and the shocking twists that set up the season finale.
Fallout S2E4 "The Demon in the Snow"
Q: What were your thoughts on the title The Demon in the Snow?
Cassie expressed love for it, while Jason suggested it sounded like a poem.
Pluribus S1E9 "La Chica o El Mundo"
Q: What do you think you'll do if you were in Carol's situation?
I'd probably be struggling as hard as she is, trying to uphold individual connections while facing the overwhelming pressure of the Hive Mind.
