歡迎收聽〈王鵬談酒〉！我曾經租用過全年24小時溫控的葡萄酒倉庫（也就是鎖櫃，或稱Locker），也擁有過一個設置在家裡的走入式庫房（walk-in cellar俗稱葡萄酒溫控酒窖，裡面裝了一台全年無休的酒窖機，也就是一台升級的冷氣）。現在，我也多了使用葡萄酒恆溫酒櫃的經驗（也可以理解為升級版的冰箱）。
於是，這一集節目，我要以一個「過來人」的身份，跟你分享我的經驗、心得與見解——擁有自己的貯酒空間很重要，酒櫃與酒窖，孰優孰劣？
