這個體系的烈酒教材，在過去十年以來，有了重大的改變。這次參加培訓，我有機會更認識這套課程的設計理念與分級用意。最近三年以來，他們調整了新的烈酒課綱，我讀了之後，發現他們一掃2010年代跟不上時代的老舊思維，於是更樂於日後把一部分的教學心力，投注在這個機構的認證課程上。
