Einer meiner Lieblingspodcasts, and good to see that you have recovered from your stroke and are continuing the series.

  • Great podcast on intersection of law/media/games/tech and even M&A

Rick does a great job of covering all the different aspects of how the law interacts with the following: gaming, streaming, purchasing, unionizing, Anti-Trust and game creation. On top of that, he even gives reviews on games he plays (as well as Star Wars and Marvel Movies).

    Entertaining and informative.

In addition he seems to have trouble to understand his limitations and when to sit one out, commenting on matters in jurisdictions he’s unfamiliar with, in such a way that its borderline misinformation. ... more
