Rick does a great job of covering all the different aspects of how the law interacts with the following: gaming, streaming, purchasing, unionizing, Anti-Trust and game creation. On top of that, he even gives reviews on games he plays (as well as Star Wars and Marvel Movies).

Like the updates and the reporting, I personally just need the reporting and from there I choose my standing on an issue. Could do without your point of view, but it is solid reporting. I just ignore when you start ranting.
Most of the time Rick provides pretty solid legal analyses, but sometimes it devolves into “wishful thinking territory”.
Rick comes across as having a relatively pro-corporate opinion, which he obviously is entitled to, it’s just a shame that it sometimes gets in the way of the legal analysis. In addition he seems to have trouble to understand his limitations and when to sit one out, commenting on matters in jurisdictions he’s unfamiliar with, in such a way that its borderline misinformation. ... more
