Trovo che abbiate sbagliato completamente modo di approcciare alla Donati; spesso le domande al personale « qualificato » erano molto accusatorie e di parte, spesso a « conti fatti » è molto facile giudicare … con questo non giustifico il modo inappropriato con cui hanno gestito la situazione.
