This is excellent. I have appreciated the app for a few years for daily mass readings. This podcast provides excellent background information for prayers, saints, which are celebrated during the week.
I have found this podcast surprisingly inspirational and edifying. Useful end-of-week cadence, good preparation for the following week, and a mix of useful insights: some into the liturgies (the Mass, the calendar, the parts of the Liturgy of the Hours, etc) and some (more than I expected) general insights into true Christian witness. Thank you.
Truly a highlight of the week for me.
This podcast is just wonderful and the accompanying Universalis app are true gems. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for creating this app. Nothing else comes close and I hope more Catholics learn about it. It’s so lovingly and beautifully done and what a wonderful way to say the Hours and partake in the readings each day. Thank you thank you! With love from America.
Once a week is a manageable rate and listening to Martin’s insights for the week are very helpful. There should be many more following this great resource.
