Well informed and engaging conversation between two long term afficiandos of SF and other genres. Decades of immersion in these fields entails that they have a wealth of background knowledge to share and opinions are well balanced. If you’re a devotee of SF literature old and/or new, I’d argue this is the best podcast of its type. Highly recommended.

A lot of literary podcasts are by insiders -critics/reviewers/publishers . This is different, David and Perry have innate passion for books, but are down to earth.
They put in an impressive amount of research for their Hugo time machine and have interesting guests.

These guys cover both new and old SF material (Retro-Hugos, etc.), and lots of other interesting stuff as well (Le Carre's spy novels, etc.) They have recently included a couple of fascinating interviews too. Well worth a listen.
