I love this podcast series. As well as showcasing much of the latest thinking about how we can work together more effectively, the episodes take you on a chatty yet revealing journey with some fascinating people. Sophie is a talented interviewer who asks great questions, keeps out of the way and strikes up a great rapport with guests - highly recommend.
I have been working my way through the podcasts and find them most educating and entertaining. Great guests who are easy to relate to and therefore leanr from. Sophie has a great way of getting the most our of the guests. Subscribed without pause!
I've listened to almost all of Sophie's episodes but one that really stands out for me was when she had Minter Dial in the show where he discussed about the purpose and culture in business, and the importance of self-awareness and authenticity in leadership. I literally had a chunk of takeways from that episode - from his journey to having a purpose that drives the culture in a business and self-awareness, authenticity and a lot more. more
This really helped me understand what is going on and what I can do to be prepared for what’s ahead.
Very interesting and timely content. I look forward to future episodes!
