TLS is a very enjoyable podcast by Anouk De Ridder. She interviews several guests, ranging from starting/finishing doctoral reseachers and people who dropped out to those mentoring those same people. In it, you don't actually hear them talk about their research all that much, but instead listen to their journey and which skills they picked up along the way. An interesting spin on academics and science communication imho. GIve it a listen, it's worth your while
