I agree with another review that it starts a bit slow and a little hard to follow but it becomes a very well developed and engrossing story very quickly!
Great series of books.
The novel starts off a bit slow and the author tends to add unnecessary details to rather uninteresting aspects of the book. Then the book takes a twist to some really captivating stuff. Good job!
I wasn't sure at first, I am normally not attracted to "talent stones" and other fantasy devices but the story is great, Mark develops interesting characters that evolve through the story. He does a great job, the best of the authors I 've listened to so far, in performing his work. If you take up Traitor be prepared for all four books, because I bet you'll be hooked.
This was a great pod story. I enjoyed it immensely with its clever plot that is something new. I listen to loads of these stores and have found this one to be one of the most enjoyable I’ve heard in ages!
