喜歡鮪爸討論各種交易心理狀態，會讓人反思自己在交易中盲點。書中提到在交易損失過多出現身心狀況的時候，先讓生活找回控制感才會慢慢重新得到安全感，對於這點很有共鳴。一旦遇到交易不順利很容易心慌做出錯誤決定，如果能先找回控制感，再重新調整自己的交易步調。
