孤独を感じてるお母さんに届いてほしい回です。子育てセンター、月1回でもいいので一度行ってみてほしくて。友達を作ろうって気負わなくていい、ただ行くだけでいい。同じ月齢の赤ちゃんがいっぱいいてかわいいし、同じ悩みを持つ人がいて話が尽きないし、子どもも刺激をもらえるし。えいって行くだけで世界が変わりました。
育休中、誰も褒めてくれないんですよ。朝から夜中の授乳まで終わりのない育児をして、頑張っても評価もされない。夫との世界のズレを感じながら、孤独と幸せが同時にあった育休中の話です。
離乳食の作り置き、土日に合計4時間かけてます。現在やっと後期スタイルに慣れてきたと思ったら次は完了食ですけど何を作ればいいのかわからない。初期にコープに救われた話から、試行錯誤の上でようやく辿り着いた現在後期食の作り置きの自分流作り方まで正直に話しをしています。

平日は5時台に子どもに起こされ、生活して早く寝るだけで精一杯。じゃあ土日はゆっくりできるかというと、まとめ買い・掃除・作り置きで気づいたら終わってます。休日はどこにあるんだろうかって最近本気で思ってます。

つわり中、私は食べつわりで、コンビニのおにぎりしか食べられなくて、仕事中は草むらに隠れて口に詰め込んでました。冬なのに冷やし中華が食べたくて仕方なかったし、午後ティーを箱買いしたら届いたころには飲めなくなってて、無印の化粧水の匂いで吐いて。今思うと完全に別の人間でした。つわり奇行全記録です。

発達、気にしたことありませんか。SNSで同じ月齢の子が次々できるようになっていくのを見て、ついうちの子と比べてしまって。寝返りが7ヶ月直前だったこと、1歳1ヶ月まだ歩かないこと。気にしないようにしてるのに、心の奥底には焦りがある。その葛藤を正直に話します。

1歳を過ぎてから、0歳のころの方程式が通用しなくなってきました。冷蔵庫を閉めただけでギャン泣き、本物の家電しか認めない本物志向、ドアの開け閉めへの情熱。大変なんだけど全部かわいくて。これで本格イヤイヤ期じゃないとしたら2歳どうなるんやろって想像したら笑えてきました。

産後の入院中、メンタルがかなり危なかったです。眠い、不安、体調も悪い、答えをくれない、全部が重なって追い込まれてました。そんな状態から退院2週間後に入った産後ケアが、本当に天国で。人権を取り戻した話をします。
