The plot line kept me listening but the acting was pretty bad. The main character, Rosa, was not believable and borderline annoying. Not one of Voyage Media’s finest productions.
I’m usually a fan of Voyage Media pods but this one was not of the usual caliber. Sound quality was off, distracting background noise, dialogue was stilted…just not the best production.
Super gripping, fun and packed with twists that keep you hooked! The storyline is so interesting, and it really brings New Orleans and Cuba to life!
It’s the repeating everything in Spanish that makes it hard to listen to
Fun pod, the Cuban culture in New Orleans is interesting. Good fiction story.
Dumb comment by that other guy who said it’s not how the locals pronounce the name. How would he know? This is a story w Cuban characters.
Sit back and enjoy.
